How does canvas fulfillment work?
Orders sync automatically and go to the factory closest to your buyer, in the EU or US. We print, stretch, pack, and ship with tracking, with no customs delays.

What happens if a canvas arrives damaged or misprinted?
merchOne reprints damaged or misprinted canvas after verification, up to 3 times, and refunds if a reprint is not possible or the third attempt fails. Send photos of the product and packaging from several angles. Minor print variations and subjective complaints are handled by the seller.
Does merchOne integrate directly with Etsy?
Not yet. Etsy connects to merchOne through Order Desk today, and a direct Etsy integration is in development.
Which countries does merchOne ship canvas to?
merchOne ships canvas to all EU countries plus the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Liechtenstein and Monaco from its European factories, and to the US from its US factory, with no customs fees. Shipping to Iceland is temporarily unavailable.
How do I switch from another print on demand provider without losing my listings?
Route a few products to merchOne first and keep your listings unchanged. Edit existing listings instead of deleting and relisting, keep products in stock throughout, and change one thing at a time so you can see which change moved your metrics.
