What is the minimum quantity of products for a bulk order?

Please note that a minimum order value of 1000 EUR is required to receive a collective discount. For orders below this amount, we recommend using our manual ordering process after registering your profile at merchOne. There is no fixed minimum product quantity for customized orders. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we will be happy to provide a tailored solution for your needs.

There are virtually no limits to customization options. We are very open to your wishes and suggestions and will do our best to accommodate them.

Is it possible to split a bulk order and send it to multiple recipients?

Yes, it is possible to split the order and ship it to different recipients. Please inform us in advance and let us know the destination addresses so that we can plan the shipping accordingly.
